Kingdom Commission Bible Institute Coming Soon!
Kingdom Commission Bible Institute is the educational ministry of In Christ Ministries, established to equip believers with sound biblical knowledge, Christlike character and practical ministry skills. Rooted in Matthew 28:19-20, the Institute combines Spirit-led instruction, discipleship, mentorship and hands-on ministry training to prepare students to live the Word, lead through the Word and make disciples.
Launching January 2027 stay tuned for enrollment details and more information!

About Us
In Christ Ministries is an outreach Ministry that seeks to evangelize, empower, equip, encourage and educate our communities by meeting them just where they are. We partner with schools, other non profit ministries and community agencies to support and encourage emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health.
We strive to meet the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen'

Meet Our Staff
Toni Jenkins Overseer
“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1: 8-9
Pastor Toni Jenkins is a native of Clarksville, TN Minister Jenkins graduated from Clarksville High. A veteran having served in the United States Army, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Theological Studies from Christian Bible College Seminary where he is currently working on his Masters degree in the same field of study. He is a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors.
Pastor Jenkins walks hand in hand with the one whom God has for him, his wife Pastor Stephanie Jenkins. Together they are the parents of 12 children and are Mimi and Papa to 23 beautiful grand-babies and 1 great- grand!!!
He humbly serves in his community through several organizations. He serves as Regional Chaplain with Kairos Minisry, Director of Chaplains at the Tennessee State Veterans Home, President of the Clarksville Civitan Club , Director of Finance in the HHHCMI Reformation, Mentor, Facilitator, Teacher and Volunteer. Pastor Toni loves the Lord and exemplifies a strong passion for the un-compromised Word of God.
He is a Man of God, Called of God to Proclaim the Word of God.
Stephanie Jenkins Pastor
Pastor Stephanie Jenkins is married to Pastor Toni Jenkins together they have 12 Children and 23 grandchildren and 1 great-grand! She labors alongside of her husband in ministry. “In Christ Ministries” is a ministry without walls serving and supporting Churches in our community to carry out the Great Commission. She serves as a Chaplain at the Tennessee State Veterans Home and is a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors.
Pastor Stephanie serves alongside other women in her community on the board of Bella’s Closet as well as the Women of Clarksville. She delights is serving as a Public Servant for the City of Clarksville and is the Executive Secretary for the HHHCMI Reformation. She is the co- founder of M.O.M.S. of Millenials a ministry for mothers experiencing frustration in motherhood.
Her life is dedicated to living by example and encouraging women of all ages to live up to their full potential in Christ, by teaching life skills, reaching out with her warmth, transparency, humor, strength and the Word of God which proclaims:
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the servant of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

La’Shica Thomas Elder - Youth Leader
Born in Tallahassee, Florida, La'Shica Thomas is a devoted wife to Eric Thomas, with whom she has two children, and they are currently raising Lola Grace. With 17 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she continues to balance her professional career with her calling in ministry. She is currently pursuing studies at Christian Leaders Institute to deepen her spiritual knowledge and leadership skills.
La'Shica has served as the Youth Director for Family of Faith and as a teacher at City Church 931 in Clarksville. She now leads the Youth Department for Healing Hurting Hearts Covenant Ministries International (HHHCMI) and serves as Chief Adjutant, aspiring to one day hold the role of Adjutant General. She is the co- founder of M.O.M.S. of Millenials a ministry for mothers experiencing frustration in motherhood.
Guided by her life verse, Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven," La'Shica strives to let her faith and actions inspire others. In this season of her life, she is diving deeper into ministry, with In Christ Ministries offering guidance and support along her journey.
Meredith Howard Evangelist - Intercesory Prayer
Meredith was a native resident of Gallatin Tennessee which is just outside the city of Nashville Tennessee. She is the second to the eldest of six children. She is a mother of two brilliant children (Taelor-Grace and Elijah). Meredith has regularly expressed, "out of the considerable number of blessings of service that God has given her, that she adores the service of being a parent".
Meredith is an adventurous entrepreneur with drive and ambition with a vision to create and empower others with her business Life Source Training School. She is gifted to be heavenly vocalist and exceptional educator of health sciences with numerous certifications. As a unyielding admirer who adores God with her entire existence, she honors him through music ministry! Meredith originates from an extremely melodic family, and she grew up working in service with her parents who are the ministers. From a very young age Meredith's parents ascertain that she had a calling for service. Meredith appealed to God for the blessing and healing of the sick. With her father, Meredith had extraordinary blessing to inspire other with gift of song. Her passion for singing and serving became more amorous as she grounded her invigorating faith in God through melody from that point forward! She is the founder of Prayer Activation.
She has made it ultimate goal to glorify God by allowing him to work through her, to minister his message in the utmost way to satisfy him. She is a genuine celebrant of God and accredits that anything that she has ever experienced in life has been to help counsel and relate to others as a faithful servant of God. Having a sincere relationship with God has brought her through the raging storms of life and into the marvelous light of God.
She is openly transparent about in her life as a submission to honor God and is honored to join this conference this year and pray whole heartily that God will have his way as everybody assembles on one accord with an open mind, gracious spirit and true heart.
