About Us
In Christ Ministries is an outreach Ministry that seeks to evangelize, empower, equip, encourage and educate our communities by meeting them just where they are. We partner with schools, other non profit ministries and community agencies to support and encourage emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health.
We strive to meet the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen'

Toni Jenkins Overseer Elect
“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1: 8-9
Pastor Toni Jenkins is a native of Clarksville, TN Minister Jenkins graduated from Clarksville High. A veteran having served in the United States Army, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Theological Studies from Christian Bible College Seminary where he is currently working on his Masters degree in the same field of study. He is a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors.
Pastor Jenkins walks hand in hand with the one whom God has for him, his wife Pastor Stephanie Jenkins. Together they are the parents of 12 children and are Mimi and Papa to 21 beautiful grand-babies!
He humbly serves in his community through several organizations. He serves as Regional Chaplain with Kairos Minisry, Director of Chaplains at the Tennessee State Veterans Home, President of the Clarksville Civitan Club , Director of Finance in the HHHCMI Reformation, Mentor, Facilitator, Teacher and Volunteer. Pastor Toni loves the Lord and exemplifies a strong passion for the un-compromised Word of God.
He is a Man of God, Called of God to Proclaim the Word of God.
Stephanie Jenkins Pastor
Pastor Stephanie Jenkins is married to Pastor Toni Jenkins together they have 12 Children and 21 grandchildren. She labors alongside of her husband in ministry. “In Christ Ministries” is a ministry without walls serving and supporting Churches in our community to carry out the Great Commission. She serves as a Chaplain at the Tennessee State Veterans Home and is a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors.
Pastor Stephanie serves alongside other women in her community on the board of Bella’s Closet as well as the Women of Clarksville. She delights is serving as a Public Servant for the City of Clarksville and is the Executive Secretary for the HHHCMI Reformation.
Her life is dedicated to living by example and encouraging women of all ages to live up to their full potential in Christ, by teaching life skills, reaching out with her warmth, transparency, humor, strength and the Word of God which proclaims:
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the servant of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

La’Shica Thomas Elder - Youth Leader
Born in Tallahassee, Florida, La'Shica Thomas is a devoted wife to Eric Thomas, with whom she has two children, and they are currently raising Lola Grace. With 17 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she continues to balance her professional career with her calling in ministry. She is currently pursuing studies at Christian Leaders Institute to deepen her spiritual knowledge and leadership skills.
La'Shica has served as the Youth Director for Family of Faith and as a teacher at City Church 931 in Clarksville. She now leads the Youth Department for Healing Hurting Hearts Covenant Ministries International (HHHCMI) and serves as Chief Adjutant, aspiring to one day hold the role of Adjutant General.
Guided by her life verse, Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven," La'Shica strives to let her faith and actions inspire others. In this season of her life, she is diving deeper into ministry, with In Christ Ministries offering guidance and support along her journey.
